Marius J. Massie is the firm’s Thought Engineer, a multifaceted organizational effectiveness professional with over 20+ years of experience resolving relational disruption in teams and stakeholder groups. He specializes in diagnosing the “invisible narratives” and systemic barriers that hinder progress.  

He is the creator of The Chaos Breaker™ System and its core proprietary protocols: The HB-X™, a cognitive restructuring tool for building emotional agility, and Clear Conflict™, a 5-phase process for de-escalation and effective resolution.

Marius’s work is not theoretical; it is autobiographical. It is the culmination of a lifetime of engineering solutions to complex human problems—starting with his own. He is the primary case study for the systems he created.

Marius built his proprietary frameworks to conquer the “5 A’s” (Abandonment, Abuse, ADHD, Anger, & Addiction) and overcome suicide ideation, depression, and chronic fear. He inventively navigated an undiagnosed executive function disorder in college, transforming himself from a student on the brink of academic expulsion into a Dean’s List scholar, campus leader, and graduate student at a nation-leading program. As a professional, he continued to apply the frameworks that allowed him to persist and build a new life, all before receiving a formal diagnosis.

This personal origin story is his most powerful credential and gives him a profound and distinctive empathy for the “stuck” professional and the “chaotic” organization. His experience includes consulting with executives at a 150+ employee financial institution to enhance messaging and increase employee engagement. He has also coached administration at a local metro area school district of 1,800+ students, leveraging targeted restorative practices to heal previously fractured relationships.

Marius’ person-centered approach provides leaders with the tangible tools to build adaptive leadership capacity, master pressure, and create cultures that are not just resilient, but regenerating.

Dr. Angela C. Crawford is a senior-level consultant and organizational development expert with over twenty years of experience in Fortune 500 companies. She is the creator of Leaders SUCCEED Together©, a comprehensive 7-step system for building data-driven, high-performance cultures.  

Dr. Crawford has worked and consulted across financial services, healthcare, technology, government, and education, and has conducted a study on workplace motivation across 23 countries. Leveraging a multidisciplinary background that includes leading sales, marketing, and customer experience, she now designs and leads strategy, change, and leadership initiatives for clients focused on growth.

Dr. Crawford earned her Ph.D. from Case Western Reserve University, holds an MBA from Cleveland State University, and is certified in Coaching, Cultural Intelligence, Mindfulness, and Strengths. A national leadership award winner, she has served on boards at the Children’s Home of Northern Kentucky and CASA and is an Ascent member of Queen City Angels.

Tirzah Lewis is a results-oriented, client-focused Leadership and Organization Development Consultant. She is an approachable and politically astute change management mentor, a discerning facilitator, and a proactive encourager of team growth.

Her recent partnerships include “Leadership During Change” for Regional Metro Transit directors and a Metropolitan Council Executive team one-year development series. These groups are responsible for strategic vision and planning for 4,000+ employees across the Twin Cities metropolitan area.  

She combines expert facilitation skills and professional credentialing in Narrative Coaching as a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Tirzah creates spaces where individuals feel safe to confront their preconceived narratives and challenge themselves to think differently. She has done this at an extremely high level, holding safety for rooms of people with polarized and opposing worldviews, including as an instructor of coaches with Learning Journeys International School of Coaching.

Pat Morgan-Estes is a dedicated best-practices trendsetter and creative problem-solver with over 30 years of educational and consulting experience. She was recognized as the 2020 Boone County, Kentucky Teacher of the Year and has designed curriculum for the International Thought Leader Network.

She is the creator of The EGGS Framework™, a powerful and practical model for building personal and organizational resilience through Empathy, Generosity, Gratitude, and Service.

As a speaker, podcaster, and community organizer, Pat supports initiatives that foster healing. Her work with schools is extensive, including steering school-wide emotional intelligence strategy, aligning curriculum, and training staff. Permeating her work is a profound personal knowledge of trauma and loss.
